Jochen Herrmann, Dipl.-Ing.

Patent attorney Jochen Herrmann completed a mechanical engineering degree at the Kaiserslautern University of Technology with speciality in production engineering and engine technology. He has worked in the field of intellectual property rights since 1993. General mechanical engineering, procedural technology, construction and work machines, plastics technology, machine tools and electromechanics are among his technical focuses. Jochen Herrmann is the contact person for all aspects of patent, utility patent, trademark and design patent law. He also has extensive knowledge in issues of infringement procedures, freedom to operate and in licence agreement practice. Jochen Herrmann has been a German and European patent attorney since 1997. He is a representative for European trademark and design registrations before the Office for Harmonisation for the German internal market.
